Tratto da fatti (quasi…) realmente accaduti.

Febbraio 2011: Lucas Preti, campione italiano di boulder, rientra in Italia in seguito al suo anno di studi come film-maker presso un’accademia del cinema di Los Angeles. Ad accoglierlo uno scenario fatto di parole come “flessibilità”, “lavori a progetto”, “disoccupazione”. Serviva un lavoro!

Marzo 2011: periodo clou per le spedizioni dei nuovi prodotti in La Sportiva, giorni concitati, magazzini pieni, andirivieni continuo di corrieri, container e trasportatori. Serviva una mano!

Detto fatto, chiamata di Lucas: lui e suo fratello sono disposti a lavorare sodo al magazzino La Sportiva, a patto che possano riprendere con le loro telecamere una giornata tipo da magazzinieri, utile per un progetto cinematografico dal titolo “un giorno con il tuo sponsor preferito”.
Accordo perfetto, non fosse per un unico piccolo, imprevedibile particolare…Lucas non ha considerato gli effetti deleteri della musica in filodiffusione nei locali del magazzino…

Sì, Johnny Dorelli ha colpito ancora, dei Preti Bros ad oggi non si hanno più notizie…solo questa testimonianza video:

Based on an  (almost) true story…

February 2011: Lucas Preti, the Italian boulder champion, returns to Italy after studying at the Los Angeles Film School for a year.  We were all there to greet him with: “demands for flexibility”, “ one off projects”, “unemployment”.  Let’s face it – he needed a job!

March 2011: this is the height of the shipping period for the new La Sportiva range, meaning hectic schedules, frantic days, warehouses bursting at the seams and the coming and going of couriers, containers and shipping agents.  Did they ever need an extra pair of hands!

Say no more, let’s call Lucas!  Fear not, he and his brother are ready and willing to get down to some hard graft in the La Sportiva warehouse.  There’s just one condition:  that they can film a typical day in the life of a warehouseman (what else?), to be used in a film project called “a day with your favourite sponsor”.
The perfect agreement don’t you think?  Maybe… except for one small, unpredictable detail… Lucas hadn’t considered the mind blowing effects of the music playing the warehouse….

Oh yes, Johnny Dorelli strikes again.  Unfortunately, no one has since heard of the Preti Bros…. The only evidence we have is this video…
